Optical Sidekick is a point of sale application designed for the eyecare industry. Sidekick educates patients and creates, emails, and saves invoices to the cloud. Sidekick can also train employees new to the optical industry as it guides them through the insurance and sales process.

Use Sidekick to do the following:
Enter demographic and Rx information
Enter sales data for frames and lenses
Apply benefits to insurance templates
Keep a running total of the optical sale
Apply coupons and discounts to a sale
Print and email the invoice
Save invoices to Drive or Box accounts

Use the Administrative Settings To:
Create sales templates for insurance plans
Apply customizable text to templates
Create customizable sales lists for items
Customize pop-up text to train personnel
Link to Google Drive or Box cloud storage
Set user administrative privileges

Show educational photos for:
Choosing appropriate fitting frames
Estimating lens thickness
Demonstrating multifocal designs
Explaining AR and UV protection
Showcasing different tint samples
Demonstrating polarized lenses
Explaining photochromic lenses

Subscription Info:

The licensed subscription is purchased via an in app purchase and renews monthly. Initial 1 month free trial is available.

Monthly subscription costs $34.99 USD and is required to use the application.

An additional subscription allowing for use on an unlimited number of devices is available via an in app purchase for an additional, recurring $9.99 USD monthly charge.

Free 1 month trial: You will not be charged until the end of your free 1 month trial period.

Payment is charged via the users iTunes account following purchase confirmation.

Subscription automatically renews unless the auto-renewal is turned off or the subscription is cancelled at least 24 hours before the conclusion of the current billing period.

Account will be charged the subscription renewal within 24 hours of the last day of the current subscription period. The cost of the subscription renewal will be clearly identified via the users iTunes account.

Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by canceling the subscription. This is accomplished via the users device Settings icon. (Settings/iTunes & App Store/Select Apple ID/View Apple ID/Subscriptions)

Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
